My mission and passion is to help individuals and teams to reach their full potential professionally and privately. I have 9 years experience working as a coach with individuals and variety of teams. Past 3 years I have worked solely with startup founders and teams as the Executive Director and Head Coach of Boost Entrepreneurship Society. I have also 3 years of experience as a startup co-founder.
Cornerstone of my coaching approach is eclectic coaching style represented by Henley Business School. I finished their Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching program fall 2024 in the University of Reading, UK. I have also certification as Advanced Solution-Focused Practitioner of Coaching in Helsinki Brief Therapy Institute Ltd. My first coaching certification was MCID Certification in Team Coaching & Specialist Qualification in Management in Team Academy Global.

45–60 mins / session / start package 4 sessions weekly or biweekly
Price: depends on the stage and size of the startup. Ask for an offer. Some guidlines:
Pre-seed to Seed: 200€–250€/h
Series A to B: 300€–500€/h
Series C+: 500€+/h
Executive Leadership Team Coaching
Online or in-person, depending on location. In depth coaching with startup executive leadership teams. Always tailored to the needs of the teams specific context. (Time Zone GMT+2)
2 hours / session / start package 2 sessions
